Directions
- Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
- Cream the margarine and the sugars together.
- Add the eggs and beat.
- Add the flour mixture and mix well.
- Add the vanilla, oats, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Grease a 13x9x2 pan, and press mixture in evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven 15 minutes at 350 F.
